The process of selling and buying a business can be really complicated. I remember when my in-laws decided to sell their business and retire. It was so very hard for them to even make the decision to step down from the business – the store had been their life for almost 30 years. My my father-in-law’s health was the deciding factor. With so much out there that I want to learn, and with so many opportunities to earn, it’s tough to decide sometimes where to invest the time.

Of course education is my favorite investment with time or money.

I’m in no hurry to get hitched, mind you. But Terri has been dropping hints for all most a year now and I’m not sure how much longer I can avoid the issue. We have been a “couple” for over 8 years now so I don’t know what the sudden change of heart is all about with her. Neither one of us has been married before and both of us agreed that marriage wasn’t going to be in the “big picture” but leave it to a woman to change her mind, right.
