I have noticed a tremendous amount of prison related TV shows being on MSNBC, especially at night time and in the wee hours of the morning, when I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. I have been experiencing sleep issues that don’t seem to be getting any better, in fact I believe it is getting worse, so I’m watching a lot of late night, early morning television these past few years.

I have learned a lot about the various prisons all across the country. I can only hope that more people see these program (suck as LOCK-UP RAW) and that it serves as a deterant for landing there for a good many people. I like to believe that this is the main purpose of these entertaining and educational programs, not just for us to get an inside glance of prison to help with some of the curiousity that we all experience about life behind federal bars.

The Animal Planet is coming out with some pretty decent shows the past couple of years. Right now one of my favorites is Pit Boss. I missed out on most of the first season, so I thought I would see what I could find on the Internet that could help me catch up on what I sadly missed that first year and found that you can go to The Animal Planet website and find all types of videos of their shows that will bring you up to date on their current shows.

The other show that they (Animal Planet) have on that has caught my attention is Pit Bulls and Parolees. I’m not really a pit bull fan, although I’ve had a few pit bulls in the past, but these shows are some how pushing the right buttons for me this year and I hope that these two shows don’t disappear any time soon.

One of my Facebook friends has mentioned several times that he is struggling financially and I feel really bad for the guy. He seems to be an honest and upright man, and I know a lot of people are having a hard time making ends meet in this down economy. But this guy runs a web site as a hobby and it occurred to me that he could do a few things to make that web site earn more money for him to help him out of his financial straits.

He can revamp his site to look more professional and add shopping cart technology. When he hires a good company to redesign the site, such as the Florida web design company that helped another of my friends, it will pay off in the long run. One of my other friends had tinkered with a free website using one of their templates. Once he worked through all the decisions, had a test launch, and knew what he wanted, he hired a design company to make it look professional and now he has money coming in every month.

One of the good things about the internet is that you can work with people from other areas of the country and still have a productive working relationship. You do not have to drive over to their office and have a face to face meeting to hire good people. A Florida website design company might be the best qualified or the best price for your business. Just because you are in Georgia and they are in Florida does not mean you should rule them out.

I suggested the design company and suggested he consider the Florida seo people to spiff his site and get it noticed on the internet so it will earn more money for him.

For some reason I woke up early this morning. I don’t know if I heard a strange noise, or just got a little cold under 1 blanket, or what? Usually the alarm jars me awake and I would love to hit the snooze button for just 10 more minutes of blessed sleep.

But this morning, I woke up 20 minutes before the alarm went off. I wonder what caused that? I hope that doesn’t become a habit.

Something tells me that I’m going to need lots of coffee today to stay awake. Or a nice nap right after lunch.
