Do you have a favorite artificial sweetener product? For many years I have avoided artificial sweeteners; I’ve always just added sugar to my tea or coffee. But recently my doctor told me that it would be a good idea for me to substitute that with an artificial sweetener. I’ve never liked diet sodas because the artificial sweetener leaves a nasty after-taste in my mouth. And the same goes for the artificial sweeteners that I find in packets in the restaurants for people to use in their tea or coffee. After drinking whatever has it in there I find myself wishing I had just gone thirsty! So, what do YOU like? I’d like to hear your suggestions.
