Today I was looking through my father’s jewelry chest and saw that he has a lot of cuff-links, tie-tacks, and watches. But he doesn’t have very many rings. And the few that he has are really old and in disrepair. That really surprised me! I guess I would have anticipated that he had several nice ones; after all the rest of his jewelry is very nice!

It’s too late for me to order him a nice ring for Father’s Day, but his birthday is coming up next month so I’m going to take the opportunity to pick out a nice ring from the great selection that Teri found on the Internet.
