In times of economic troubles, the masses tend to flock to the big cities, looking for jobs.  New York jobs are no exception.  Simply because there are so many people already there, a demand for service related work can be obtained without too much difficulty.  What concerns me, however, about so many people flocking to the big cities looking for work is the nagging question “where will all of these people be able to afford to live in the big city?”  Real Estate is always scarce in the big cities.  Are these people that are looking for work in the cities going to end up living in the slum areas because affordable housing doesn’t exist?
