As more people are losing their jobs, I find myself wondering where are all of the “soup kitchens?”  It seems to be that in the not too distant past, I could not drive through a town without passing by a local “soup kitchen” but lately I’ve noticed that there does not seem to be any in any town I drive through any more.  Why is that, I wonder?  When I look through the local newspapers, I don’t see any at all!  When I “google” the words “soup kitchens” and the name of our town, it comes up empty.  In fact, I can’t seem to find any within a 100 mile radius!  Don’t you think that is strange?  I certainly do!
