Teri and I tried the Angel Food Ministries food we’ve been hearing about this month. We bought the basic $30 package, which is supposed to feed a family of four for a week. It was rather a small box when we picked it up and we thought that there was no way there was that much food in it, but when we got it home and unpacked it, we were really surprised how much food was really in it!

We baked the frozen blueberry pie today, and it came out really terrific! I haven’t had blueberry pie in a few years; I had forgotten how yummy it really is! I think with this economy the way it is, we’ll be continuing to participate in the Angel Food Ministries program! It is a good value, and the food is good too.
