My view on the world, as seen from whatever vehicle I’m in!

I had always hoped, as a teenager, that I would outgrow bane of adolescence – acne.  Almost every teenager I knew had acne; there were a lucky few that had managed to land themselves parents that would spring for acne treatments, but most of us just suffered.  Somehow it seemed much like a rite of passage.  One of the frustrating parts of dealing with it was hearing so many conflicting stories about whether or not certain food contributed to it.

Sometimes we would hear that eating pizza, or potato chips, or chocolate would cause an outbreak.  Other experts claimed that it did not matter what we ate, we were going to have acne because of the hormones that were raging through our systems. It really didn’t matter much, we were going to eat those kinds of foods anyway!

Now it seems that over-the-counter acne treatments abound. That is much different from when I was a teenager, there were very few effective treatments available over the counter. One of the latest ones I’ve heard about is called Acne Complex. I really don’t know how new it is, but the Murad Acne Complex appears to be one the newer and very effective acne control programs that involve three easy steps to clearer skin without demanding that you change your diet!
