I really like to romance Teri on Valentine’s Day.  I know how much it makes her feel special, and it gives me the opportunity to shower her with valentine gifts, and to let her know how much I adore her.  I like to arrange for a flower delivery to her office (in this case it will have to be the day before Valentine’s Day) so that everyone in the office will “ooh” and “aah” and say “you’re so lucky to have such a great guy.”  I know that’s what happens when women receive flowers delivered to the office!

I know how much women love that kind of attention!  On Valentine’s Day itself, I like to give her a few token gifts that help to express how much I treasure her.  And of course I’ll be taking her out to a romantic dinner at the fanciest restaurant in town.  I can’t afford to lavish her with that type of attention every day, but I would if I could!

For about the past year now, I’ve packed a mini-Baby-Bel cheese everyday in my lunch box when I think I’m going to need a snack before it is actually time to eat a “meal.”  I try to buy and eat the “light” ones which are wrapped in a white wrapper.  If I can’t find them in the store (sometimes they are sold out) I’ll buy the regular red wrapper ones.  I really like the convenience of the snack, not to mention it is a healthy snack (only 50 calories) and is chock full of protein, which staves off my hunger pains.  And it tastes good too!

I heard on the news that President Obama has ordered everyone who works at the White House to immediately attend an ethics course.  I think that this is a very good idea; it will help to prevent any kind of controversy over whether someone who works for him did something “unknowingly” unethical.  Letting everyone know right upfront what IS and IS NOT ethical will certainly help to keep any mud from hitting the President if anything unethical DOES happen!
