It seems that every time I turn on the television there is news about some kind of war-like aggression going on in the Middle East.  I just have to shake my head.  I don’t understand why the countries cannot come to some kind of peaceful compromise to make the aggressions stop!  And yes, I do know a little bit about the history of how Israel came to be, and I can understand how that could (and does) create resentments, but to go so far as to be going to extreme violence is simply immoral.  For these actions to be justified as a “Holy War” is simply wrong.
