I was surprised to read on the Time.com website this morning that a group of fifteen lawyers is suing the state-owned dairy company in China that has the primary responsibility for the melamine laced milk that has caused so many people in China to fall ill.  I was surprised because I did not even realize that the government in China allowed lawsuits against the government!

The article goes on to say that there are a lot of products made from Chinese milk that is imported into the United States and that those products are being held for testing for melamine before being allowed through the ports and then into our stores.
