I was a little bit surprised this morning when I got up and turned on the weather channel to see how cold it was outside- it was only twenty eight degrees outside. The forecaster said that it would warm up into the mid sixties later today, but I still had to warm up the car for a few minutes before leaving for work, and I had to dig out my ice scraper and scrape the front and back windshield. There is something wrong with the defroster in the rear windshield – it only works intermittently. You know how that goes! I’d like to get it fixed, but right now I don’t have the time to bother with it.

I was really surprised to see how many high school kids were standing at their bus stops wearing only short sleeved t-shirts and shorts! It was still below freezing outside, and they are dressed like it’s in the 70′s and 80s! What a bunch of idiots! It scares me to think that these are the nuts that will be running the country in a few decades!
