The DrOdio website is a marvelous real estate site by a real estate company that specializes in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia Real Estate markets.  I was looking at Virginia MLS listings recently in an effort to help a friend who wants to buy a home in the Northern Virginia area and found several homes listed by DrOdio.  Being an inquisitive person, I naturally felt inclined to go check out their website.  Their site is fresh and fun to explore.  I was very impressed by how they incorporated a blog into their site and the blog has a very large list of articles about expert advice on a wide range of topics related to buying, selling, or renting a home.

They have several video tutorials on a variety of subjects as well as their blog, which I found to be very impressive too.

The DrOdio company has a different approach to selling real estate than most brokers that I’ve come to know.  Most brokers want to control the process by picking out some homes for their clients to look at, and they like to drive them around to look at those few houses, hoping that they can talk their clients into buying one of those houses.  DrOdio lets the clients to the preliminary research themselves and encourages them to check out the houses, and gives them the tools to do that.
