I don’t know why it is, but I just cannot seem to find a good painkiller that is over the counter.  I get some pretty bad headaches from time to time that I don’t think are migraines, but it does not matter what kind of over the counter pain killer I take, that headache just will not go away!  It is very frustrating, and it makes me cranky all day long!
