Have you ever had one of those annoying hang up phone calls?  Have you wondered why they happen, who it is, and wanted to share that information with other frustrated telephone marketing victims?  I happen to know that the hang up calls are a mechanized system that is designed simply to determine if anyone is home at a particular time.  That information is sold to telemarketing companies so that they know what is the best time to call the telephone customer.  Doesn’t that just make you feel all warm and fuzzy?
