Ben sent me an email, inviting me to come to Liverpool to watch The Reds play a football game next month with him.  He’s a big fan of The Reds, and he said that he thinks he can tie in going to see one of their games with a business trip to Liverpool. He says he found a website that he can use to buy the Liverpool Tickets for the game that they will be playing.  The website is called www.ticketsolutions.co.uk and it specializes in tickets for a wide variety of events in the United Kingdom.  In addition to sports events, they also sell tickets to concerts, festivals, and shows.

When I got home from work tonight, Teri had prepared one of my favorite meals – lasagna with garlic bread with lemon meringue pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert.  It is pretty obvious she is trying to “sweeten me up” to the situation with her brother.  So far he is pretty much staying out of my way, but I’m not really sure if he is deliberately avoiding me or if he is just sleeping when I’m home.  Either way, I’d just as soon not see him or speak to him so I’m glad of that.  Teri and I are going to have to have some kind of arrangement about how long he can stay here and if he is a “guest” or if he is going to chip in some money to help reimburse us for his expenses while he is here.  I know one thing for sure, I don’t want to be supporting the bum!

I am in the process of designing a new website for my business.  It’s amazing just how many decisions have to be made when designing websites!  I’m really glad that I’ve taken a lot of classes about marketing, and computers, and Internet Technology, and it was fairly easy to complete the assignments, but I am finding it a little bit more challenging than I expected it to be when designing a website that was going to have an actual “real life” impact on my life other than just getting a passing grade on a homework assignment!

One of the decisions I am going to have to make about my new website is which web hosting service to use.  There are an awful lot of web hosting service companies out there!  I found a website called webhostingchoice.com that seems that it will help me to make the right web hosting choice.  It has reviewed the most popular services, both the really cheap ones and the “best” web host companies.  It explains why they feel that these services are the best, which will help me to determine which one is the best one for my website and my business.  I’m glad I found this website!

Well, Teri and I are having a little “situation” that I am not happy about at all.  As I explained earlier, Teri posted the bail for her loser brother who got arrested for DUI in LA.  (I don’t like him at all!)  Well, guess who showed up at our doorstep last night!  That’s right, the loser brother!  His girlfriend was so upset with him for getting arrested for DUI that she kicked him out.  He had no place to go, so he came here to mooch off of Teri.  I don’t want him here, and it is my paycheck that pays the mortgage and taxes and insurance and utilities so I don’t know how long I am going to put up with him being here!  This is NOT a good situation at all!
