My girlfriend wants to buy some flea traps for our place.  We don’t have any pets, but we have allowed some friends to bring their dogs over from time to time when they came to visit, so it is possible that some fleas came into our place with their dogs.  So I will humor her and buy some flea traps.

Sprite is my favorite soft drink.  However, I’ve noticed that whenever I order it as a drink in almost any restaurant, all I ever seem to get is carbonated water.  It is really nasty.  If I send it back with a complaint, they bring the same garbage back out as a replacement.  This is very aggravating because I want something sweet to drink that is caffeine free, and I don’t like the other caffeine free soft drinks.  Since it seems to be industry-wide, and nation-wide I find it hard to believe that it is the fault of the restaurant.  I wish Sprite would do something to “take care of” this situation.  They’d probably see an increase in sales if they did! 

For the most part I have both corded and cordless tools.  I enjoy the convenience of cordless tools because you can take them and use them anywhere without worrying about whether or not there is an electric outlet nearby, and you don’t have to worry about the cord getting in your way while you are working.  The drawbacks, however, are that because of the battery pack they weigh more, so you tire quicker, and the battery may not last as long as you want it to last and you may have to stop what you are doing to recharge the battery, or you may need to buy a back-up battery so you can keep working, which is an extra expense.

As far as drills go, I like the Black & Decker PS122K because of the special feature it has where you select what kind of material you are drilling through.  I find that feature extremely handy to have.  The battery slides in and out easily, and I like the keyless chuck too.  It has a nice soft, anti-slip grip which makes it more comfortable to hold onto.  All in all, I like this drill better than any other Cordless drill, and I’ll be using it to assemble that new dresser!

My girlfriend bought a new dresser for the spare bedroom.  One of those kits in a box that you have to assemble.  I like to assemble things, its fun working with my hands, and I get a sense of accomplishment when I’m done.

It also gives me a chance to work with power tools!  I guess it’s a man thing, working with power tools.  I don’t get the chance to work with them as often as I’d like to.  I guess that’s one of the drawbacks to having a job where I have to travel so much of the time.  So when I get the chance to work with power tools, I want to be enjoying every minute of it!
