Well all of this high living and travelling I’ve been enjoying so much is catching up to me. My cholesterol tests came back and it is too high. So my doctor has told me that I have to modify my diet and exercise more than just my fingers on the keyboard! So I’ll be doing just that! I love to eat out at restaurants; I’ll just have to be more mindful of what I order.
